Yes. So I heard. But then I heard that Williams may be hesitant to run Kubica and would buy him out of his deal, securing a simple Ocon-Stroll swap.

At this point, the fact that Williams is so set on not running Kubica tells me that he would be a world champion if he returned. Because Williams is wrong about everything.

Fair enough. It's not down to Kubica's abilities as I gather, it's finances. For 2019, rumours put Artem Markelov in the car. Russian money.
