Jamie Chadwick becomes first female driver to win a race in the British F3:

She has won some 24 hour race in the past too, so I guess she counts as a talent outside F1. Age is already against her, having turned 20 this year where many of the others in F3 are 17-19.

Speaking of talents outside F1, Mercedes have got themselves a new kid in their lineup, 15-year old karting champion and recent F4 graduate Paul Aron of Estonia.

He's currently competing in both the Italian and the German F4. He's currently 9th (Italy) and 5th (Germany) in the standings in his debut season.

Swedish karting champion Dino Beganovic signs for the Ferrari Driving Academy. Sure, this article focuses on Charles Leclerc's brother, but who cares?

Dino, 15 years old, is perhaps not named after Alfredo (Dino) Ferrari, but who knows? Dino finished 2nd in the WSK Euro Series, the top level karting championship, in 2019. He's also won the Swedish Karting Championships in both 2018 and 2019.

He'll race for Prema Powerteam in Italian F4, as well as in the German ADAC.

Good on Dino 'Saw' Beganovic for making the Ferrari Academy aged just 15.  I'm sure you'll be keeping an eye on his progress over the next few years.
