Oh well.

Bubba Wallace has found a noose in his garage at Talladega Speedway:

I've been impressed with NASCAR taking such a strong stance against racism, but this just shows that not everyone is onboard.

Now, I don't know who has access to these locations, but isn't it true that whoever left the noose there had more access than the average spectator?
